2. Reservations and Bookings

- Making a Reservation: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours.

- Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

- Late Arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify us, as we may need to release the table after a certain period 15-30 minutes.

- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Dine-In Services

- Food and Beverage Orders: All food and beverage orders are to be placed with the restaurant staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if an order is deemed inappropriate or illegal.

- Menu Changes: Our menu may change periodically based on seasonal availability or market conditions. We will do our best to keep the online menu updated.

- Allergies and Special Dietary Requests: Please inform your server of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests when ordering. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

- Consumption of Outside Food and Beverages: Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages unless prior arrangements have been made for special occasions or celebrations.

4. Online Orders and Delivery

- Placing Orders: Orders placed through our website or delivery platforms will be processed based on availability. Delivery times may vary depending on demand, location, and weather.

- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing an online order. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.

- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust delivery fees based on distance or other factors.

- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations for online orders are allowed only if made within 15 minutes of placing the order. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy, which is subject to restaurant discretion.

5. Private Events and Catering

- Event Bookings: Private events or catering services can be booked by contacting our event manager. A deposit is required to secure the event booking.

- Payment and Charges: Final payment is due 1 day before the event. Additional charges may apply for special requests or extra services such as entertainment, or staffing.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of private events or catering services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 23 hours of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

- Event-Specific Requirements: Any special requirements, such as dietary restrictions or event-related requests, must be communicated in advance to ensure availability.

6. Health and Safety Guidelines

- Food Safety: We follow strict health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling. All staff undergoes food safety training to ensure the highest standards.

- Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will be served only to individuals over the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be clearly marked.

7. Liability and Limitations

- Damage or Loss: The restaurant is not liable for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.

- Food Allergies: While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens in our dishes.

- Unavoidable Casualty: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

- Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased at our restaurant or online. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for a certain period, after which they may expire.

- Promotions and Discounts: Any promotions or discounts offered by the restaurant are subject to terms and conditions, which will be outlined at the time of the promotion. These may not be combined with other offers unless specified.
